Palak Lake Reserve Forest Travel & Tour Information

This cool and virgin forest is located 378 kms way from Aizawl in the southern most corner of Mizoram within Saiha district covering an area of 15.50 sq kms. The biggest lake in Mizoram, Palak Di (lake) is situated inside the Palak Wildlife Sanctuary. It is oval in shape, occupying an area of about 1000 sq mts. A paradise for fishes, it is within the reach of Saiha town where accommodation facilities are available at tourist lodge.
