Day 01:
Welcome on arrival at Guwahati, receive & transfer to hotel, after lunch
half-day sightseeing tour of Guwahati city, evening river cruise on
Brahmaputra, Over Night stay at Hotel.
Day 02: After breakfast transfer to Shillong (100 Km./ 3 Hrs.), check into
hotel, after lunch local sightseeing in and around Shillong. Evening free.
Over Night stay at Hotel.
Day 03: After
breakfast full day excursion tour to Cherrapunjee (56 Km. / 2 Hrs.) Over
Night stay at Hotel.
Day 04: After
breakfast transfer to Kaziranga National Park, (280 Km. / 6 Hrs). Over Night
stay at Aranya Tourist Lodge.
Day 05: Early morning Elephant Safari inside the park. After breakfast visit
a tribal village and Tea Estate followed by jeep safari in the eastern range
of park with packed lunch. Overnight stay at Aranya Tourist Lodge.
Day 06: After breakfast transfer to Wokha (205km/ 5hrs drive). There are
monoliths (Longzu) erected by their rich ancestors to exhibit their status.
Overnight stay at Tourist Lodge or Tent at Wokha.
Day 07: After breakfast transfer to Kohima (80 Km. /4 Hrs.), after lunch
local sightseeing. Evening free. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 08: After breakfast transfer to Imphal (142 Km.), evening visit to the
famous Ima Market, which is run exclusively by women. Overnight stay at
Hotel Imphal.
Day 09: Morning excursion to Moirang (45kms), Loktak and Sendra Island.
Moirang was the head quarter of the Indian National Army during World
War-II, lead by Subhas Chandra Bose. Later visit Keibul Lamjao National Park
(the only floating Park in the World). Overnight stay at Hotel Imphal.
